In order to have an easy time against Iceman, you might want to bring a champion that is immune to cold snap. You can also use champs with energy resistance or ones that have a lot of health that can sustain the cold-snap damage. Electro is an easier opponent in this quest than he usually is.
To be fair, Iceman not being immune to coldsnap isn't completely unprecedented. The fact that Iceman has one of the better health stats in the game, and that his attack isn't anything extraordinary, means that if he was immune to cold, a fight between two Icemans (Icemen?) would go on much longer than it should.
